The years of experience as routine laboratory, and advisory organization of the Dutch Bivalve Food Safety monitoring programs have resulted in adequate knowledge on:

- Industrial implications on bivalve food safety
- Advise on bivalve food safety
This expertise is currently used for advise on processing facilities and more over set up and capacity building in third countries. The activities are embedded in complete advisory programs, for improving or setting up on bivalve food safety systems. The programs include general overviews and introductions on legislation, and food safety issues. Advising on design and implementation of monitoring programs, training on chemical analyses. The trainings will be provide in the country of origin or in the Netherlands or French, depending on the possibilities.
