The CHARM or “Chemical Hazard Assessment and Risk Management” model is a generic model that TNO-IMARES helped to develop within an OSPAR context.
Based on information from HOCNF forms an evaluation is made of the risk of using and discharging chemicals from offshore oil and gas platforms. The model is applicable for the exploration, drilling and production phases.
